Held for the 4th time, the Global Female Leaders summit brought together high-achieving leaders from all over the world. It gave focus to new ways of thinking and presents aspects we think we already understand from a new and unfamiliar perspective. The GFL summit enables women to start a dialogue; women who shape their societies and their organisations – women who make their mark.

It was an extraordinary confluence of women leaders from various countries, that came together to meet, discourse, learn, share and bond in a unique way.
The summit coveree a wide range of aspects, from the vital questions of the world economy to initiatives which demonstrate exemplary actions in times of crisis. It directed attention to new markets and fields of action for companies and regions, enables the joint exploration of visions and strategies, and extends the boundaries of previous knowledge.

The Pre-event networking Dinner at the NFT Skybar featured Dr Susane Goldworthy, IMD Switzerland on “what did we do once we knew, imploring the participants to take responsibility for the Planet. The Summit was inaugurated with a Keynote by Dr Kristina Sinemus, Minister for Digitalisation, Hessen, and followed by several high powered talks by leaders on geopolitical shifts in the role of the US, China, the emergence of India and the need resilience in people, systems and processes, as well as financial structures and mechanisms such as BlockChain. The changing management landscape , leadership with trust, people skills and using new tools such as AI was very well received.

One of the most spectacular stories of endurance, grit and tenacity was rendered by Suzanne Heywood, through her Book “The Wavewalkers”. A story of a 7 year old girl who spent 10 years at sea and then returned to England to purse studies at Oxford and rise above her challenges with amazing tenacity.

Anither highlight was the talk by Dr Els van der Helm on the Power of Sleep.
The event was marked by amazing bonding, shared values and commitment, as well as the reconfirmation of the remarkable leadership capabilities of women. The next edition will be held in May 2025 and promises to be a equally powerful congregation of women leaders across the globe
