Industrial connectivity provider HARTING India concluded its participation at Electronica India 2025, held from September 17–19 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), with strong engagement from engineers, OEMs, system integrators, and industry leaders.

Strong Industry Response to Modular and Compact Systems

Over three days, HARTING presented live demonstrations and discussions around its wide product portfolio. The Han® Modular range, supported by Han® Easy Frames, attracted considerable attention for its adaptability in system integration across automation, energy, transport, and digital infrastructure. Visitors also showed strong interest in miniaturised, high-performance interfaces, responding to the industry’s push for lighter yet powerful designs.

Focus on “Made in India” Products

A significant highlight was the company’s locally manufactured Baseline Products, which drew appreciation for their reliability and shorter delivery timelines. The emphasis on domestic production, according to HARTING, reinforces the company’s role as a dependable partner for Indian customers seeking resilient supply chains and locally engineered solutions.

Customer Engagement and Market Insights

Reflecting on the event’s success, Jacob Chandy, Managing Director of HARTING India, said the enthusiasm at the booth underscored the confidence Indian industries place in robust connectivity solutions. He noted that modular connectors and compact systems are becoming central to sustainable manufacturing and advanced mobility.

Ashok Bhasin, Head of Sales, HARTING India, added that conversations with visitors from railways, renewable energy, and machinery sectors revealed pressing challenges. “These exchanges allowed us to demonstrate how our products can address industry-specific issues,” he said, adding that the feedback will guide further refinement of HARTING’s portfolio.

Key Trends Driving Demand

According to the company, several trends became evident during the exhibition:

  • Growing demand for compact, high-density connectors that save space without losing performance.
  • Rising preference for hybrid solutions combining power and data to simplify system design.
  • Increasing need for environmentally resistant connectors for outdoor energy and transportation applications.

Positioning for India’s Industrial Transition

The strong momentum at Electronica India 2025 highlighted how rapidly the domestic market is evolving with digitalisation and sustainability. HARTING India said it is committed to supporting this transition with reliable, scalable, and locally available solutions. The company now plans to expand its roadmap, strengthen local engineering capabilities, and deepen collaboration with customers across sectors.
